Comprehensive Christian Counseling for Every Life Stage

Confidential Pastor Counseling

Being a pastor is not easy. Pastors daily shoulder the burdens of their congregation, the ministry needs, their staff's needs, the needs of their family at home and also the needs of their extended family members. Pastors need a confidential place they can go to have a listening ear, receive encouragement, and hear helpful Biblical counsel in order to keep standing strong for Christ for decades to come. Pastors will be strengthened through the Word of God and by prayer through our ministry.

One-Day Saturday Marriage Matters Conference

Our conferences are held on Saturdays, 9:00am - 3:00pm. The church can utilize their fellowship hall or they can hold a conference at a nice, off campus venue where special events are held. These conferences are designed to help strengthen the relationships of engaged couples, married couples and blended families. It is a proven fact: When marriages are strengthened, the church is strengthened. When marriages are weakened, the church is weakened.

Confidential Staff Counseling

Working on a church staff is unlike working in any other office environment. Most staff members have a true heart for ministry and they, too, need a place to share their struggles. There is a well-known "grapevine" in the church world and therefore many ministers are sometimes reluctant to share their deepest hurts, needs and pain for fear of it becoming known and there being consequences to their sharing. Staff members need a confidential place to share and be prayed for.

Christian Counseling Offered to Any Church Members

One of the most difficult things for pastors is their being pulled in so many different directions. In most churches, the Lead Pastor and Elders and the Associate Pastors simply do not have the time to sit down weekly with an individual or couple or family for 1 hour per week for several weeks in a row. Their time is simply taken up by administering the programs they are responsible to oversee and lead. Our ministry can help fill that gap. It is a ministry that can be trusted to come alongside your staff and offer those weekly Christian counseling appointments to the church members. And, our Christian counseling is very affordable.

Small Group Teaching on Any Biblical Topic

We are available to step in and teach on any BIblical topic, especially on marriage topics, should a Bible study teacher need someone to speak on a specific topic on a Sunday or during the week during a small group setting. The teaching can be in person or via Zoom.

Pastor Bruce White helps pastors strengthen marriages in their congregations by hosting a Marriage Matters One-Day Conference. These conferences are ideal for:

Dating & engaged couples
Married couples
Divorced couples seeking restoration
Couples of blended families

Typically held at the church or a local retreat-like venue, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Box lunches or nearby restaurants for lunch are optional.

Follow-up services available for couples needing additional support post-conference.
